Baris is one of the partners of GreenCap and focuses on Germany and emerging economies. His 20+ years in the financial services industry were mainly spent at UBS where he was a Managing Director and served as Head of the Global Family Office in the UK. Baris holds a Doctoral degree in finance, is a CFA Charter holder and speaks German, English, French and Turkish. He has also written a number of research pieces on wealth management as well as co-authored a book.
